Our transcription rates are per minute of audio or video - not per word, per line, per page, or per hour worked - so you will always know ahead what your transcription project is going to cost.
We are always happy to provide a price quote, but do not publish our rates as there are different pricing levels which depend on the following:
- Audio quality/classification
- Number of speakers
- Transcription style
- Speaker accents
- Non-standard terminology
- Audio length
- Level of background noise
- Turnaround time

- Discount: 15 - 30 days (the most cost effective option)
- Extended: 7 - 14 days
- Standard: 3 - 6 days
- Rush: 1 - 2 days*
- Super Rush: 12 - 24 hours*
* 12-hour Super Rush and 24-hour (1 business day) Rush is only available for 60 minutes or less total recorded time.
Turnaround times listed are in business days and are counted from the day we receive the audio or video. Example: for 3-day turnaround received on a Monday, you can expect your transcript will be completed late Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.
Standard, Extended, and Discount Turnaround Times quoted are estimates and not guarantees. We deliver the majority of our work on time, or earlier, whenever possible, but sometimes it may be slightly longer due to pre-existing projects running longer than anticipated.
Rush and Super Rush transcription turnaround times are guaranteed or we will waive the additional charge.
