Up to one hour recorded: 2 to 3 business days
One to two hours: 3 to 6 business days
If you are in a rush for your transcript, please call (800) 854-4709 or email to check rush availability. 12 and 24 rush is available only for recordings of one hour or less.
How long will it take to upload large files?
• 56k dial-up modem -- upload and download 3.0 minutes per MB
• DSL/ADSL -- upload 2 MB per minute [approximately 260 Kb/s]; download 10 MB per minute [approximately 1,300 Kb/s]
• Standard cable (1.5 Mb/s system) -- upload 2 MB per minute [approximately 260 Kb/s]; download 10 MB per minute [approximately 1,300 Kb/s]
• High speed cable (3.0 Mb/s system) -- upload 4 MB per minute [approximately 512 Kb/s]; download 20 MB per minute [approximately 2,600 Kb/s]
As Internet connections can vary, the above time is an estimate.
