Q: I need this done now - can you rush it? A: If you can't wait and need something done immediately, of course you can have it done rush; however, there is an additional charge.
Q: How do you track time for jobs on an hourly basis?
A: We have project management and timing software. A timer is created for each project and invoicing is for the actual time spent working on the project.

We are a small business and can't always get to the phone, if you reach voice mail, please leave a message, your contact information, and a good time to call you back. It usually only takes less than an hour to check our voice mail and return the call.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept business checks, personal checks, and, on occasion, cash. We also accept credit cards and e-checks through PayPal.
Q: When will payment be due?
A: Invoices are sent upon completion of work with payment due in 15 days. For ongoing projects, invoices will be sent bi-weekly or monthly with payment due in 15 days. See Payments and Terms for more information.
Q: Do you sign non-disclosure agreements or contracts?
A: Yes, we have no problem with signing non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements or contracts prior to starting your project, if necessary. You can contact us for more details. Also see our Client Confidentiality Policy.
