Ensuring fair pricing is also very important to us, and to do so we utilize the Industry Production Standards Guide (IPS) guidelines published by ABSSI (Association of Business Support Services International) and OBCAI (Office Business Center Association International) for computing billable time as one factor in calculating charges for a full range of services. The IPS is the methodology used by the business support services industry to compute time for all levels of document production and non-keyboard services.

In keeping with our Client Confidentiality and Privacy Policies, we do not disclose, advertise or publish the names of our clients.

Should you discover errors or find that our finished work does not meet the agreed upon specifications, please let us know within 14 days and we will do the necessary revisions and/or corrections at no charge.
